Please note that MODERNITY by KDT™ is currently in it's pre-alpha development stage.
As such, contributions to the C.A.S.D. Team are currently non-monetary, focused on collaborative development, portfolio building, and gaining exclusive access to our evolving content.
CREDIT FOR CONTRIBUTIONS:
All contributions are highly valued and will receive direct and prominent credit. For content showcase videos and builds, main visionaries will have their socials displayed within the video itself. Those assisting will receive noticeable credits (similar to movie credits) with social links provided in the video description.
ORIGINAL CONCEPTS & CREATIVE LEADERSHIP
If your original concept for a content showcase is approved, you will be assigned a lead creative role that aligns with your artistic aptitude. This includes overseeing your vision for the project. For example, a 3D modeler would be tasked with modeling and adjusting their structure for voxel conversion and import to Minecraft, with the in-game building team preparing the structure for video and fleshing out the details under your (and our) direction.
NON-MONETIZATION OF ORIGINAL CONCEPTS
Any video concept originating from your creative contribution will NOT be monetized on the KAIH.DOESTHINGS™ channel. The primary goal of the C.A.S.D. Team is to support creatives and celebrate the joy of creation. Your work and originality are paramount, and we are committed to upholding their integrity.
UNINTENDED REVENUE & VIEWERSHIP
MODERNITY cannot be held responsible for any subsequent, unintended revenue or viewership generated from platforms or algorithms as a result of channel or social media content featuring your project.
SHOWCASING ON PERSONAL PLATFORMS
You are fully permitted to showcase your team creations or contributions on your personal social media channels. We kindly request that you direct viewers to the official KAIH.DOESTHINGS Studios™ channel to explore additional content from other C.A.S.D. Team members.
Music Licensing & Copyright:
A. Official Shared Content:
Some background music in official MODERNITY videos is licensed specifically for our brand. When sharing these official videos on your personal platforms, you are generally covered by our existing license (as "Shared Content").

B. Independent Edits:
If you create new, independent content (e.g., a distinct edit or behind-the-scenes video) for your personal channels, you are responsible for securing your own appropriate licensing or permissions for any music used, including tracks from our Original Soundtrack or licensed library.
